- Data Processing on This Website
When using this website for informational purposes only, data is automatically collected and stored in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. This includes, among other things, the IP address (anonymized), the date and time of the request, the time zone difference from Greenwich Mean Time (GMT), the content of the request (specific page), the access status/HTTP status code, the amount of data transferred, the website from which the request originates, the browser, the operating system and its interface, as well as the language and version of the browser software.
The aforementioned data is technically necessary for us to display this website to you and to ensure its stability and security. The temporary storage of the IP address by the system is necessary to enable the delivery of our website to your computer. For this purpose, your IP address must remain stored for the duration of the session. We do not assign this data to any specific individual nor do we link it to other sources of information. Storage in log files is carried out to ensure the functionality of our website. The legal basis for processing is Section 25(2)(2) TDDDG, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in providing you with a functional and secure website. This data is deleted as soon as it is no longer necessary to achieve the purpose for which it was collected. In the case of data collected for the provision of the website, this occurs when the respective session ends. In the case of data stored in log files, this occurs no later than seven (7) days thereafter.
- Contacting Us via the Contact Form
You have the option to contact us via a contact form available on our website. The data entered via the contact form is transmitted to us by email. When you use the contact form, we process only the data you enter into the input fields for your inquiry. This includes, in particular: first and last name, email address, as well as the purpose of your inquiry and your message to us.
We use the data you submit exclusively to process and respond to your inquiry. Additionally, as part of the submission process, the time of the inquiry and the user’s anonymized IP address are processed. This data serves to prevent any misuse of the contact form and to ensure system security.
The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR, insofar as your inquiry is aimed at the conclusion or performance of a contract; otherwise, Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR based on our legitimate interest in the effective processing of inquiries directed to us.
We process the personal data you provide when contacting us exclusively for the purpose of handling your inquiry. The data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer necessary to achieve the purpose for which it was collected. This is typically the case once your inquiry has been fully answered. The additional personal data collected during the submission process is automatically deleted from our web servers after six (6) months. Your personal data will only be stored beyond this period if it is necessary to assert or defend legal claims or if statutory retention periods apply.

By consenting to the processing or use of cookies in connection with Google’s services, you are granting both us and Google consent to process your data and set cookies for the purposes specified here. For the United States, the European Commission adopted its adequacy decision on July 10, 2023. Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Privacy Framework. - Google Analytics 4
We use the Google Analytics 4 service on our website, which enables us to analyze your use of our website. Provided you have given your consent, we use Google Analytics to regularly analyze your user interactions on our website. The statistics and reports obtained allow us to improve our offering and make it more interesting for you as a user.
By default, when you visit the website, Google Analytics 4 sets cookies, which are small text files stored on your device and collect certain information. This information includes your IP address, though Google truncates the last digits to prevent direct personal identification. Only in exceptional cases is the full IP address transmitted to a Google server in the U.S. and truncated there. We use Google Analytics with the “_anonymizeIp()” extension. This ensures that IP addresses are processed in a truncated form, thereby preventing any personal identification.
Google uses the collected information on our behalf to evaluate your use of our website, compile reports on website activity for us, and provide other services related to website and internet usage. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics and truncated is not merged with other data from Google. The data collected through the use of Google Analytics 4 is stored for a period of two months and then deleted.

- Routine Deletion and Blocking of Personal Data
Your data will be processed and stored for as long as necessary to achieve the purpose of storage. It will then be deleted as soon as this is legally permissible.
- No automated decision-making, including profiling
We do not use fully automated decision-making pursuant to Article 22 GDPR and, as a general rule, do not engage in “profiling.” Should we use such methods in individual cases, we will inform you separately, provided this is required by law, and, if necessary, obtain your prior consent.

You have the following rights under the GDPR with respect to your personal data vis-à-vis us as the data controller.
